The problem this addresses
Audition-season attrition. Graduating students who audition badly and then stop auditioning.
The third-year collapse. Dancers who were thriving and are now quietly disengaging.
Injury and return. Dancers who push through what they should report, or who are cleared physically but not psychologically.
A defensible answer. What the institution does about performance anxiety and dancer wellbeing, in writing.

Exempt from VAT. Excludes travel and accommodation outside the Netherlands. Residency fees payable in instalments across the season.

How the fee is set
No fee guideline exists for mindset specialists in dance. Where a discipline has no guideline, the Fair Practice Code's position is that the rate is set in consultation, and funders accept a rate based on a comparable CAO or guideline where the reasoning is stated.
A two-hour workshop is roughly five hours of work once scoping, preparation, travel, delivery and written follow-up are counted: about €190 an hour at €950, and about €32 per dancer reached.

Coaches dancers individually from companies including Dutch National Ballet, Bayerisches Staatsballett, New York City Ballet, Opéra National de Paris, Royal Opera House and San Francisco Ballet.
